What is the difference between a day spa and a medical spa?
A day spa typically offers more of a relaxed, fluffy approach to well-being in the form of facials, massages, manicures, pedicures or hair appointments. A med spa however, like Spa in the City, offers medical treatments that a day spa cannot offer such as Botox, laser treatments and medical grade skin peels.
How do I make an appointment?
You can call us directly at (214) 238-2251 to make an appointment with our wonderful front desk staff, or you can log in to your portal and book through the book now link HERE. If you are a new client, a $50 deposit is required to book your first appointment.
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
It’s always better to be early rather than late! Especially if you are unable to fill out your paperwork prior to your appointment.
How do I fill out my paperwork?
You will log in to your client portal and fill out and sign any paperwork. All paperwork is sent to your individual client portal at the time of booking. All your information is encrypted at the highest level and stored in the cloud. You may access your login to the client portal HERE.
What if I am running late for my appointment?
Please call us at (214)238-2251 as soon as you can, so that we can try to accommodate your appointment. Our schedule fills up very quickly so if you are running too late, you may be forced to reschedule your appointment, but we will do our best to accommodate you the best we can.
What is Spa in the City's cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so within 24 hours of your appointment. No shows or same day cancellations will result in a $50 fee, or deduction of 1 credit from your membership.
Should clients add gratuity to their services?
Gratuity is not required, but it is very appreciated by our staff since they are trying their best to give you the best treatment possible!
Do you offer gift cards?
We do! Give us a call at (214)238-2251 to purchase a gift card over the phone, or just stop by and our front desk can prepare a gift card for you!
Do you offer a referral program if I want to recommend Spa in the City to a friend?
YES!! For every friend that you refer, you get $50 to use however you like on your next appointment! Your referral just has to come in for a treatment, and you will immediately receive $50 in your account!
How can I sign up for the VIP Membership?
It’s as simple as signing a few forms once you are in the office. We are happy to email you a copy once you are all signed up. We keep your information stored in a safe secure location.
