No Auto-Renew

We do not auto-renew your memberships—so there are no surprises when your 1-year contract expires!

Your Money

Your monthly payments are your "bank"...use however and whenever you like. Any money that's leftover at the end of your contract is left as a credit in your account.

Unlimited Treatments

During your membership year buy unlimited treatments at super low membership prices.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the incredible pricing we offer our members for services we must enforce a strict cancellation policy. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule will result in a fee of $100. This is strictly adhered to.

Contract Termination

Our VIP Membership Program is a 12 month contract. There are no cancelations, refunds or early terminations unless member moves more than 50 miles away.

One year only

This membership is for one year. No cancellations. Declined credit cards will result in $50 service fee if not updated in 3 business days. Spa in the City reserves the right to make changes to the VIP Membership at any time and without notice.

 

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment FOR ANY REASON will result in a $100 fee.
